I actually did some weights today with my boyfriend but I wasn't feeling it... so I finished it off with this.
Pyramid Supersets (10 reps, 9 reps, 8 reps, etc.)
Start at 10 reps and decrease each round until you get down to 1 rep.
✖️Ultimate Blast Off Push-up (1st Move)
✖️ Diver Sit-ups (3rd Move)
✖️ Plank Tuck Kick Sits (2nd Move)
✖️ Foam Roller Roll Outs (5th Move)
✖️Half Burpee Squat Hold (4th Move)
✖️ Bridge (not filmed)
This is actually a fun workout... though quite difficult... modify by removing push-ups if necessary.
