Dinner! Curry roasted cauliflower, cilantro-arugula paleo pesto, the first green peas from the garden, and sweet potatoes. I added some chicken afterwards and was so stuffed I couldn't finish it all 😉 pesto recipe on the blog but I subbed cashews in, and used different greens! ..The boys both had pizza with pesto, you can see it in my stories. #pesto #dinner

Instead of saying “I don’t have time” try saying “it’s not a priority,” and see how that feels. Often, that’s a perfectly adequate explanation. I have time to iron my sheets, I just don’t want to. But other things are harder. Try it: “I’m not going to edit your résumé, sweetie, because it’s not a priority.” “I don’t go to the doctor because my health is not a priority.” If these phrases don’t sit well, that’s the point. Changing our language reminds us that time is a choice. If we don’t like how we’re spending an hour, we can choose differently.For me the key excuse I always hear is "I can't exercise today as I don't have time" try saying "I'm not going to exercise today as my health and wellbeing is not a priority". You will find you will get a very different outlook incredibly quickly!

Shaking up my lunch time with a chocolate chia smoothie. 2 heaped tablespoons almond butter, 1 tsp cinnamon, 3T cocoa, 1T chia seeds, 1 scoop organic vegan protein, a cup of ice and a cup of almond milk. I didn't add any bananas/fruit to keep the sugar low as I try to reset my body. I like make chocolate dark and unsweet so it worked perfectly for me. I let it sit for 2 hours in the fridge too
