🎥 Kettlebell Work 💪🏼 Mixing up some strength, mobility and a little cardio for my weekend sweat 💦Mobility is one of the biggest focuses in my training at the moment to help me get the most out of my body's movements .... those Cossack squats are no joke though (they weren't part of the workout just some fun at the end). Details:Perform each move for 40 seconds with 20 seconds rest. 3-5 Rounds.✖️Alternating Thread Lunges✖️Pop up squats + 2 Low Swings✖️Swing go Overhead Squat✖️Lunge Halos (change leading leg for each set). I used a moderate weights for this... I recommend between 6-12kg depending on your current level.

Current fave breakfast combo 🥑 + 🍳 + arugula 🌱 + goats 🧀. Lots of healthy fats to fuel my day. I love this way of eating bacon and eggs. You use a muffin tin and line the compartments with bacon. Then you bake the bacon, remove it from the oven, and fill the cups with an egg mixture, which in this case is eggs and spinach. Then return to the oven until the eggs have cooked.
